Drive your success at DrinkPAK, where we refresh, hydrate and nourish the world and our employees alike.The Document Control Specialist position is responsible for quality and production documentation review, product release, and ensuring all customer/regulatory documentation requirements are communicated to the Quality Department and sent to the customer as required.Must be willing to work either day and/or night shift; 12 hours per day 2/2/3 Schedule.The well-being of our team members is critically important to us. Provide documentation to customers and DrinkPAK departments.Work with groups within the organization to obtain up-to-date and accurate documentation supporting ongoing projects. Daily activities could support the new product introduction process, technical customer response, and other documentation.Work within established processes and procedures to improve the flow of information within DrinkPAK and externally with customers. Assist with the development of these procedures and processes.Work with Quality leadership team on new product approval and customer requirementsWork independently with various departments, including but not limited to Logistics, Quality, and OperationsAlways ensure the accuracy of data and documentation.Please note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without prior notice.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree preferred.At least 2 years' experience working in a Document Control related role is required.At least 2 years' experience in the food industry required.At least 4 years' experience with customers, suppliers, and departments within a related roleBilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred.Excellent communication skills and a team player with all levels of the organizationProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsDetail orientedOur Values:Our company's culture is guided by our shared values of Speed, Intensity, and Purpose.
