PL/SQL Developer

Overview As a Senior Developer, you will design and optimize Oracle-based solutions for a CRM analytics repository, bridging data warehousing with production support. You join the ECRM team to enhance analytics and campaign operations at scale, tackling performance and data integration challenges on Unix/AIX systems. You will shape data flows, implement robust PL/SQL solutions, and ensure 24/7 reliability of critical production processes. This role offers the chance to influence CRM analytics strategies and work with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven campaigns. ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, design and develop solutions for the analytical CRM repository on OracleProvide 24/7 support for production processes and applicationsWork under the ECRM team lead and collaborate on CRM analytics and campaign operationsDesign end-to-end data solutions and optimize performance for large datasetsDevelop and tune PL/SQL procedures, packages, triggers and dynamic SQLImplement ETL design and development with Informatica knowledge as a plusUtilize SQL analytic functions (RANK, DENSE_RANK) and advanced indexing/partitioning techniquesEngage in data modeling, data warehousing design and data loading from multiple sourcesTune queries, apply Oracle hints, and leverage parallel execution for VLDBsFamiliarity with Unix/AIX environments and shell scripting Key requirementsOracle Database expertiseStrong PL/SQL including procedures, triggers, and packagesSQL with analytical capabilities and performance tuningDynamic SQL, Oracle hints, and advanced indexing/partitioningVLDB handling, data partitioning and parallel executionUnix/AIX experience and shell scriptingInformatica knowledge a plusExperience with data warehousing and ETL development5+ years in DBMS and software development methodologiesAbility to work in fast-paced, team environment and lead minor tasksMotivated self-starterTeam player that can participate in design reviewsAbility to lead minor tasks and monitor progressOracle DatabasePL/SQLSQL
