Lead Software Integrations EngineerEmployment Type: Full-Time Location: Columbia, SC (Hybrid)About the RoleThe Lead Software Integrations Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and leading enterprise-level system integrations across platforms such as Oracle Cloud HCM, ERP, and related business applications. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless data flow, system performance, and reliability across the organization. Success in this position requires strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and the ability to deliver high-quality integration solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect, design, and develop enterprise integration solutions across business systemsLead and mentor a team of integration engineers; act as a technical lead on projectsProvide first- and second-level support, including troubleshooting and creating workaround solutionsConfigure, customize, and integrate enterprise platforms such as Oracle Cloud applicationsLeverage internal and external resources to resolve critical issues in a timely mannerEnsure solutions meet performance, reliability, and scalability requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support business process improvementsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)10+ years of experience in application development, system integration, and support2+ years of experience in a technical lead or supervisory roleStrong expertise in T-SQL programming and relational database management systemsProficiency in Windows PowerShell scriptingExperience with application integration technologies and enterprise systemsSolid understanding of financial accounting principlesStrong troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with PeopleSoft Financial systemsFamiliarity with UC4 batch schedulingBackground in enterprise platforms such as Oracle Cloud HCM, ERP, or EPM
