About the RoleThe Online Sales Consultant (OSC) is responsible for managing incoming leads generated through Epcon’s community websites and digital platforms. Serving as the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers who begin their journey online, this role qualifies prospects, schedules appointments, and effectively communicates the Epcon brand, communities, and home offerings.This is a sales-focused, fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives in structured sales environments, values prompt follow-up, and enjoys engaging with buyers through phone, email, and technology-driven communication.What You'll DoSales & Lead Management (80%)Respond immediately to online registrations to engage potential buyers without delayAnswer questions and provide information regarding Epcon Communities, floor plans, the homebuying process, and current advertised promotionsNurture “coming soon” and VIP leads to support successful community launches and sales transitionsQualify prospects and diligently follow up to secure appointments with Epcon Sales ConsultantsExecute warm hand-offs and follow-up with prospects after appointments are completedConduct outbound phone and email outreach to re-engage inactive or unresponsive prospectsManage all leads, prospects, and buyers within Epcon’s CRM and sales systemsTrack, analyze, and report conversion metrics to support performance improvementCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to support branding standards and initiativesMaintain knowledge of market conditions, competitors, technology trends, and economic factors impacting home salesDigital & Marketing Support (20%)Partner with the Marketing team to stay informed on current campaigns and community updatesEnsure websites and digital platforms reflect accurate and timely informationPerform CRM and software cleanup as needed to maintain data accuracyWhat We're Looking ForEducation & ExperienceProven success as an Online Sales Consultant or in a similar inside sales roleHomebuilding or real estate industry experience preferredExperience using CRM systems, call tracking software, and Microsoft ExcelBachelor’s degree preferred but not requiredKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong understanding of a structured sales process, including lead qualification and appointment settingCustomer-focused with a strong sense of urgency and follow-throughProcess-oriented with a commitment to consistent systems and best practicesKnowledge of Epcon Communities, products, and competitive landscape (or ability to learn quickly)Understanding of and adherence to Fair Housing GuidelinesProficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and WordPressHighly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable and confident on the phoneReliable, dependable, and able to work independently while managing multiple prioritiesWork ScheduleMonday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PMOptional overtime available as business needs requireHybrid position with 10% travel (Community visits, plus annual conferences)Compensation & Benefits$55,000 annual base salary + commission & bonus opportunitiesMedical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefitsPhysical RequirementsSedentary work with occasional standing or walkingAbility to operate a computer and communicate via phone, email, and digital platformsAbility to lift up to 10 pounds occasionallyAbility to pass a background check and drug screenWhy Epcon?At Epcon Communities, we build more than homes — we build lifestyles.
