Surrogates and Influencers Director

A company is looking for a Surrogates and Influencers Director (Remote). Key Responsibilities Own and improve the surrogate strategy, including measurement and relationship management Oversee the execution of surrogate campaigns, ensuring high-quality delivery from briefing to analysis Develop content strategy and creative direction, guiding creators on messaging aligned with the company's mission Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in influencer or surrogate-related roles, with a proven track record of success Strong project management skills and ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous situations Ability to build relationships and inspire creators while authentically representing the company's mission Alignment with the company's values and competencies, including emotional intelligence and inclusivity Experience with low-income and/or historically marginalized communities is encouraged
