As a Display Algorithms TPM, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing workflows that span algorithm development, software implementation, hardware testing, and prototype validation. This TPM will support the technical team in scoping, planning, and delivering validation milestones to ensure display compensation algorithms meet image quality requirements on real hardware. They will work with display hardware engineers, software engineers, product managers, system architects, and subsystem TPMs to strategically manage cross-functional programs from development through dogfooding. We are looking for TPMs with a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-workstream technical programs on tight timelines. This role will have the opportunity to work closely with world-class display, optics, and SW development teams across client Reality Labs to ship delightful visual experiences in client's AR/Smart Glasses productsResponsibilitiesValidation Roadmap & Milestone Planning: Define and execute end-to-end validation milestones spanning algorithm model development, hardware testing, prototype SW validation, production SW readiness, and human factors evaluationsCross-Functional Execution: Drive alignment and execution across multiple interdependent workstreams—display hardware, testing, software, and architecture—ensuring dependencies are tracked and gaps are closedHardware & Resource Coordination: Proactively manage hardware allocation and device availability to unblock validation timelinesRisk Management & Mitigation: Continuously assess program risks and drive mitigation plans.
