Material Handler

Job Summary AccuForce is seeking a dedicated and reliable Material Handler to join our client's shipping team in Bristol, TN. Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour ($17.00/hr base + $1.50/hr shift differential) Job Type: Full-time Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday – Friday) Overtime: Mandatory weekend overtime (Saturday & Sunday) required as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Load and unload materials from trucks, organize the warehouse, and assist with shipping/receiving operations. Supply paper and materials to machines across the facility. Enter data accurately into the Radius operator system and complete all required paperwork cleanly and efficiently. Print and complete bills of lading and packing slips. Perform inventory checks as needed. Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Complete miscellaneous projects and duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager. Requirements & Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED required. Experience: Prior forklift and/or clamp truck experience required. Skills: Strong basic math skills, proficient computer and data entry skills, and great attention to detail. Multitasking: Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements Ability to stoop, bend, and twist repetitively throughout the shift. Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the telephone. Support SQF (Safe Quality Food) certification guidelines.
