Responsibilities: Under the supervision of the Respiratory Care Medical Director and Respiratory Supervisor, the Respiratory Therapist is responsible for providing Respiratory care services in accordance with specific physician’s orders, department policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned Nice Haves: - NRP preferred, BLS required, and ACLS/PALS within 6 months of hire - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy. Consideration to RT students graduating in the next 3 month. - Strong knowledge of ICU procedures and protocols - Proficiency in performing patient assessments, including vital signs monitoring - Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as.
