Electronics Quality Inspector

The Electronics Quality Inspector will play a vital role by conducting intermittent and final inspections as well as test support for various electronic manufacturing processes, including circuit boards, wire harnesses, batteries, microelectronics (RF/hybrids), and electronic box assemblies. Key responsibilities include: Providing witness tests, performing connector mate/demate, and applying torque as needed. Preparing and maintaining both paper and electronic documentation for nonconforming hardware. Interpreting drawings, schematics, sketches, specifications, and standards. Working from manufacturing work instructions and providing surveillance as necessary. Basic Qualifications:Experience with Electronic Circuit Cards or equivalent technical proficiency. Proven experience in Quality Assurance, instrument/equipment technician roles, or product inspection. Working knowledge of surface mount and through-hole solder requirements. Familiarity with conformal coating and bonding of electrical components. Ability to pass and certify with all required training per the organization's operational technical skill plan. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to effectively use computer resources to access specifications and communicate with team members. We require flexibility to work second and third shifts, weekends, and holidays based on union contractual requirements. Desired Skills:Proficiency in SAP. Ability to understand and apply solder and harness specifications. Security Clearance: None required. This position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. We support various alternate work schedules that provide our employees with additional flexibility. Typical schedule is a standard 40-hour workweek, Monday to Friday.
