Title: Data Analyst/Quantitative User Experience Researcher Location: Washingotn, DC (Hybrid or REMOTE) Customer: CDC Visa: Citizen or GC Job description: As a Data Analyst/Quantitative User Experience Researcher, you will play a crucial role in capturing and translating complex user data into actionable insights that enhance user satisfaction and engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to capture and analyze user data, identify trends, and inform the design and development of user-centered products and services. You will also be responsible for implementing a Voice of the Customer (VoC) program, ensuring that customer feedback is collected, analyzed, and transformed into practical recommendations. Key Responsibilities: Define key user touchpoints, metrics, and product benchmarks and partner with developers to capture meaningful user data. Analyze customer data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform decision-making and improve customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain easy to understand dashboards and reports to track user engagement and product performance. Transform data insights into narratives, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate data-driven insights into product design and strategy. Design and implement surveys, interviews, and other feedback mechanisms to capture the Voice of the Customer. Utilize Human-centered Design principles to ensure that data insights align with user needs and business objectives. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the VoC program, making recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Data Analysis, UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on Human-centered Design and User Experience, or as a Quantitative UX Researcher. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Strong understanding of UX design principles and methodologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Understanding of customer experience (CX) principles and methodologies, including VoC programs and customer journey mapping Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $58.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Application Question(s): Only US citizens or Green Card are required to obtain a clearance.
