Job DescriptionJob Title: Commercial Litigation Associate (4+ Years)Location: Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid) Job Type: Full-TimeAbout the Opportunity: A highly regarded law firm is seeking multiple Commercial Litigation Associates to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for mid-level attorneys looking to take on substantive responsibility in a collaborative, professional environment, with a clear path to partnership.Position Overview :The firm is actively hiring multiple associates. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial litigation experience and the ability to contribute immediately with minimal training.Key Responsibilities:Handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolutionDraft high-quality pleadings, motions, and legal memorandaConduct legal research and develop case strategyParticipate in discovery, depositions, and client communicationsCollaborate with partners and team members on complex litigation mattersQualifications:4+ years of commercial litigation experience at a law firmStrong writing and analytical skills (writing sample requiredAbility to manage cases independently and "hit the ground running"J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in Ohio (in good standing)Compensation:$160,000 - $190,000 (based on experience)Bonus structure includes billable-based, discretionary, and origination componentsHours & Schedule:Billable Requirement: 1,800 hoursHybrid Schedule: 3 days in-office / 2 days remote Includes up to 50 pro bono hoursIncludes up to 100 CLE/professional development hoursCulture & Benefits:Collegial, team-oriented, and professional environmentStrong mentorship and hands-on experienceAnnual professional development budgetClear and realistic path to partnershipHow to Apply: Please submit your resume along with a writing sample for consideration.
