Information Technology Manager/ Epicor Administrator
We are seeking a motivated and technically capable ERP Systems Manager/Administrator to manage and support a cloud-based ERP platform. This role will act as the primary on-site IT resource, assisting end users while partnering closely with company leadership and external support teams. The ideal candidate will bring practical experience with Epicor ERP environments, cloud-based ERP technologies, strong general IT troubleshooting skills, and effective communication abilities. Key Responsibilities:Administer and support the ERP platform, including:System configuration and user access managementCreating and modifying dashboards, reports, and workflowsTroubleshooting ERP-related issues and coordinating resolutionsAssisting with upgrades, patches, and third-party integrationsProviding frontline support for office users and manufacturing/shop floor systemsDeliver desktop, hardware, and basic network support for local staffCollaborate with leadership and external partners on escalations, projects, and IT best practicesMaintain technical documentation and assist with end-user training materialsProvide occasional after-hours support for maintenance activities or urgent system issuesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred5+ years of ERP administration and support experience, including experience with Epicor environmentsExperience supporting Epicor Kinetic ERP in either cloud-hosted or on-premise deploymentsWorking knowledge of ERP modules such as Manufacturing, Inventory Control, Order Processing, and FinanceProficiency with:ERP administration, customization, and troubleshootingSupporting manufacturing operations and production floor technologyGeneral understanding of:Networking, security, and endpoint supportPC hardware and desktop troubleshootingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectivelyPreferred Qualifications:Experience with ERP integrations, reporting tools, or light development/customizationFamiliarity with workflow automation or business process improvement initiatives
