This role involves leading teams, building trust with clients, driving architecture and design decisions, and ensuring project success by balancing technical and product needs. The position contributes to both client project delivery and the growth of the technical community within the organization.Responsibilities:Lead software development engagements from discovery through productionDeliver high-quality, maintainable software tailored to client needsUse a variety of programming languages and frameworks effectivelyIntegrate and build AI/ML-powered features into products or systemsApply automated testing and debugging to improve software qualityManage architecture concerns such as scalability, security, and performanceFacilitate collaboration across teams and stakeholdersProvide mentorship and share knowledge with colleaguesLead feedback sessions and retrospectives with teams and clientsMaintain project roadmaps and prioritize backlogsManage client relationships and provide regular project updatesIdentify and resolve blockers to team progressContribute to organizational culture and represent the company in the tech communityRequirements:7+ years of demonstrated success leading software projectsExperience with multiple programming languages including Java, C#/.NET, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Go, Ruby, Scala, R, and SQLKnowledge and experience with AI/ML development and integrationProficiency with Git, MacOS/Linux, and CI/CD practicesSkills in managing software architecture regarding scalability, security, and performanceAbility to lead teams and collaborate cross-functionallyStrong communication and mentoring abilitiesExperience with MLOps, DevOps, DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code, and Data Engineering platforms like Databricks is preferredPay Range and Compensation Package:The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.Benefits & Perks:Flexible paid time off12 weeks of paid new parent leaveLearning and development programs including access to books, courses, and expert trainingAnnual financial stipend and time for professional developmentCoworking support for remote team membersEqual Opportunity Statement:Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
