Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the assisted living facility, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to policies and procedures.
Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional development and teamwork.
Resident Care: Ensure that residents receive personalized care and support, promoting their dignity, independence, and well-being.
Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, including licensing requirements, health and safety standards, and quality assurance.
Financial Oversight: Manage the facility’s budget, financial reporting, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility.
Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and community partners to enhance the overall experience and promote community involvement.
Quality Improvement: Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and resident satisfaction.
Crisis Management: Address emergencies and resident concerns promptly and effectively, maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
Qualifications
- Experience working in assisted living or long-term care facilities
- Proficiency in medication administration
- Knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with group home operations
- Strong leadership skills to guide and support residents
- Certification in Assisted Living or related field is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
