We’re seeking a Controller to lead financial strategy, oversee all accounting operations, and strengthen organizational performance. This role partners directly with executive leadership to drive profitability, enhance financial controls, and support scalable growth across the organization.If you’re a seasoned finance leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys building high‑performing teams, this is a high‑visibility opportunity to make a meaningful impact.Responsibilities:• Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow strategy• Month‑end close, AP/AR, GL, and compliance; Lease accounting oversight, including ASC 842 compliance, schedules, and reconciliations • Internal controls, financial reporting, and risk assessment• Payroll, compensation structures, and ERP optimization• KPI tracking, cost savings initiatives, and process improvementsRequirements:• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred • 15+ years of progressive financial leadership, Strong US GAAP and ASC 842• Strong ERP experience; implementation background preferred• Proven success improving financial processes, accuracy, and operational efficiency
