We embrace working hard, being kind and doing right by our customers, aiming to set a higher standard for the apparel industry.The Retail Operations Specialist will be responsible, along with the Store Manager, for maintaining an efficient back-of-house and accurate inventory. Support the sales team in creating an exceptional customer service experience.The anticipated opening for the Short Hills boutique is July 2026Essential FunctionsReceives and processes incoming shipments.Notifies the inventory operations team of any discrepancies between product received in shipments and product listed on packing slipPerforms bi-monthly cycle counts; including investigating discrepancies and actioning adjustments to ensure inventory accuracy.Complete style number and price changes on carry-over products, as directed by the inventory operations teamTransfers product from the store when directedPrices any product received in the store without price tagsStock room organization and cleanliness to optimize efficiency and backstock levelsChecks inventory periodically to notify management when replenishment of stock is neededKeeps track of packaging supplies, shipping supplies and place orders when supplies are lowEnsure compliance to strive for 100% FFI rate. Communicating any missed FFI’s to the corporate office to correct inventory. Partners with Store Manager to hold the team accountable for this process on days when not in storeResearch missed PO checks and report findings for inventory correctionResearch and receive Mass ASN, keeping PO paperwork organized and up to datePull and research negative on hand report in tandem with article activity report to find errors and get ahead of inventory issues as directed by management no less than twice a weekManage outgoing packages, helping to send client purchases as neededCompetenciesA self-motivated, self-starter with ability to generate desired outcomes with little supervisionExcellent attention to detailPositive attitude, great enthusiasm, and unmatched work flexibilityPrior experience in thoroughly analyzing inventory and preparing reports a plusExceptional organizational and analytical skills.Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal with customers, peers, and managersMust be able to climb stairs, stand/stoop/bend/walk for 8-10 hours during shift, lift and move boxes up to 35 poundsDesired Education And ExperienceMust have 1-2 years of retail experience; luxury brand preferredCompensation for this role is up to $34.00hr If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
