For more information, visit our website www.hsubuilders.com.The essential role of this position is to:Effectively manage and execute assigned projects to include effective communication with superintendents, clients and subcontractors to ensure projects meet designated quality timelines and budgets.Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with stringent contract and owner quality requirementsImplement multiple levels of quality control for various and concurrent tradesPrepare comprehensive, project-specific QC plansProduce detailed daily reports in electronic formatConduct daily field inspections; verify material deliveries to project siteProvide reviews and sign-off of Project As-Built and project deliverables prior to submissionProvide and review submittals, RFI logs, maintenance logs, and other project related materials in a timely mannerPrepare QC punch listsPerform preparatory meetings as required by the specificationsOther duties as assignedSkills required:8 years of construction experienceCurrent CQC certification from USACE with 5 years quality control experience as a CQC ManagerExperience working on projects as a CQC inspector for the Federal Government Interested candidates should submit the following:Cover letterResume, including project listReferences (3)Salary requirements
