Job DetailsLocation: Coppell, TexasType: Contract-to-hirePay Range: $18.00 – $20.00/hourSchedule:1st Shift (Monday - Friday, + OT Saturday) Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming materialsApply paint, stain, or coatings using spray guns, rollers, or brushesMix coatings to meet color and finish requirementsInspect finished products to ensure quality and consistencyPerform touch-ups and rework as neededMaintain painting equipment and keep work areas cleanFollow all safety procedures when handling paints and chemicalsRead and follow work orders and production instructionsWork with team members to meet daily production goals Skills & Experience1+ year of industrial painting or related experience preferredExperience with spray equipment (HVLP or airless) is a plusAbility to follow instructions and work independentlyStrong attention to detail and qualityReliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred QualificationsManufacturing or warehouse experienceKnowledge of safety standards and PPE useForklift experience is a plus Work EnvironmentIndustrial / warehouse settingExposure to dust, fumes, and noiseRequires standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbsPPE required: respirator, gloves, safety glasses, steel-toed boots Why Join Summit Staffing?We connect hardworking individuals with top employers in manufacturing and logistics.
