No matter the role or the location, we’re all united in the vision to lead the programmatic industry and make it better.As Head of Healthcare for our ads business, reporting to the EVP, U.S. Strategy, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across Healthcare and Pharma by bringing Company X’s full advertising offering to market in a way that directly addresses the needs of healthcare marketers.This role will serve as the commercial lead for the healthcare vertical, partnering closely with the national sales organization to identify growth opportunities, meet with brand marketers and agency stakeholders, and help convert healthcare demand into scalable revenue. You will play a critical role in bringing new healthcare products and solutions to market, working side-by-side with Sales to ensure teams are equipped, confident, and actively taking these offerings to clients.You will also lead the healthcare go-to-market strategy, ensuring our positioning, product roadmap, client narratives, and sales materials are aligned to the unique needs of the category. This includes partnering with product, partnerships, marketing, and sales leadership to develop differentiated programmatic solutions, define category-specific requirements, shape thought leadership, and represent Company X in strategic client conversations and industry events.In this role, you will integrate healthcare strategy, business development, product, advertising sales, and marketing practices in order to:Own and execute the U.S. healthcare commercial strategy, with a focus on increasing revenue, expanding pipeline, improving profitability, and accelerating growth across healthcare and pharma advertisers.Serve as a senior commercial partner to the national Sales organization, helping teams identify priority accounts, shape client strategy, influence opportunities, and move revenue through the pipeline.Build and deepen direct relationships with healthcare and pharma brand marketers to create demand, strengthen agency partnerships, and unlock new revenue opportunities.Lead the go-to-market rollout and adoption of healthcare products, ensuring Sales teams are trained, equipped, and confident in positioning solutions in client and agency conversations.Translate feedback from brand marketers, agencies, clients, and Sales into product, partnership, and marketing priorities that strengthen the healthcare offering and support scalable growth.Advance innovation within the healthcare vertical by identifying market gaps, emerging trends, compliance considerations, and new opportunities for differentiated programmatic solutions. What You’ll BringProven salesmanship and the ability to influence, motivate, and support a national sales organization to drive healthcare revenue growth.An established network of healthcare and pharma brand-direct relationships, with the ability to open doors, create demand, socialize with senior clients, and strengthen agency partnerships.Strong relationships with key players across the ad tech ecosystem, including buy-side and sell-side partners, with a focus on healthcare data, measurement, technology, media, supply, and platform partners.Deep understanding of the healthcare advertising landscape, including pharma, provider, payer, regulatory requirements, market dynamics, compliance considerations, and consumer behavior trends.Technical fluency and marketing science expertise, with the ability to understand complex solutions, translate them into clear client value, and present confidently to internal and external stakeholders.Ability to turn strategy into clear action, simplify solutions for the market, partner with Marketing on compelling client narratives, and help move deals through agency and client teams to secure buy-in and close revenue.Executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to lead strategic client conversations, deliver compelling presentations, and represent the company externally in the healthcare market.Proven ability to build industry thought leadership through panels, conference presentations, published content, client events, and other market-facing activations.We’ve highlighted some key skills, experience and requirements for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York City and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At MiQ, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $180,000-$200,000. This range may vary for positions outside of New York City as it has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled and does not take into account our bonus and commission structures.Regardless of location, candidates can expect during the first few conversations with MiQ’s Talent team and Hiring Managers to share any approved budget and details on our competitive bonus and commission packages.
