Job Details Position: Surgical Tech Location: Burien Contract Length: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Shift Schedule: 12x3 Experience Required: 2 Years Weekly Pay: $1750 to $1950 Responsibilities Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and sterile supplies for surgical procedures Assist surgeons and nursing staff during operations Maintain sterile technique throughout procedures Anticipate surgical team needs during cases Handle surgical instruments and equipment efficiently and safely Count instruments, needles, and sponges before and after procedures Ensure proper cleaning and stocking of surgical supplies Support patient safety and smooth OR workflow Requirements Active Surgical Tech certification required Minimum 2 years of recent Surgical Tech experience BLS Certification required Strong understanding of sterile processing and surgical procedures Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations Excellent communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
