Caulking/ Waterproofing Technician Restoration projects Hialeah, FL (Local/Regional Candidates preferred) Currently seeking experienced workers with waterproofing, glazing and caulking experience for commercial restoration projects in the Miami area, SERVICE TRUCK AND TOOLS ARE PROVIDED. High-Rise, Swing stage experience a PLUS. If you are not certified, certification will be provided. We pay top dollar for experience, For the past 30 years, our client is one of the largest and most respected General Contractors in Florida who specializes in concrete restoration, stucco, waterproofing, interior and exterior painting and more. Ideal candidates should have previous experience with caulking, waterproofing and glazing commercial restoration projects. Must be comfortable with heights and able to perform work related duties in High-Rise buildings and may require swing stages. Certification is a PLUS or certification will be provided. Must have experience using a variety of tools: tooling knives and standard sausage gun application, etc. Must be able to Pass a Drug Screen and have a clean driving record.
