Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Associate role located in Washington, PA. The Associate will provide legal counsel and representation to clients across various areas of law, including but not limited to energy and real estate. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, with a focus on real estate and energy. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to identify their needs and deliver effective legal solutions. Qualifications Strong legal research, analysis, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documentsEffective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactionExperience or knowledge in one or more of the firm's practice areas: energy, real estate, or related fieldsAbility to work collaboratively with a team and independently manage caseloadsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in Pennsylvania or eligibility for admissionCommitment to professional growth and dedication to client service
