Shift Supervisor (2nd Shift)

Job Summary: We’re hiring a Shift Supervisor to help run our warehouse day-to-day. You will manage a team of 40-60 people loading and unloading boxes in trailers. We track who worked at what doors and when. We also strategize and carry out plans that involving moving teams from door to door or even to the other side of the warehouse. This is all tracked and notated in detail to ensure loader/unloader is pay is accurate.In This Role, You’llLead and support your teamMake sure shipping and receiving runs smoothlyKeep inventory accurateHelp improve processes and productivityMaintain a safe, positive work environmentPay$20 an hourPlus an incentive for every 1000 boxes completed.
