Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor We're hiring an Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor at Holiday Inn Express Branson - Green Mountain Drive to provide excellent sanitation and customer service to our hotel guests. You'll be responsible for co-leading the housekeeping team, ensuring team members perform their job duties to our high standards, and keeping the housekeeping department well-stocked with supplies and linens. Applicants should have hospitality experience, love the work they do, and demonstrate a commitment to meeting and exceeding guest expectations. Previous experience in a supervisory role is required. Responsibilities Keep a record of areas cleaned by room attendants and make a note of any issues such as room damage or maintenance requests Manage the daily tasks of the housekeeping department, including cleaning guest rooms and public areas Make sure all cleaning equipment is in good working condition and schedule repairs as needed Handle the hiring and training of housekeeping staff so that they can achieve and exceed our standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction Adhere to the department budget, oversee inventory, and order cleaning supplies Qualifications Applicants should be excellent leaders, detail-oriented, and demonstrate a commitment to customer service A High school diploma or GED is required At least 2+ years experience in hospitality or guest services Extensive knowledge of environmental services (EVS), including detailed cleaning processes and a wide range of cleaning supplies and equipment At least 3 years of experience in a senior role in the housekeeping department Compensation $15.80 hourly About Myer Hospitality Myer Hospitality is a local family-owned business with over 50 years of experience in hospitality.
