We need your talent and expertise.Local surety agency is looking for a Bond Assistant to support Account Executives and Account Managers with administrative and customer service tasks. This position plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our surety bond department. The bond assistant will be responsible for processing bond requests and maintaining client records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and responsiveness are essential.Key Responsibilities:Assisting existing bond processors with daily needsPreparing and processing new bond requests using agency or carrier systemsProcessing endorsements and cancellationsReviewing bonds for completeness and accuracyCommunicating with clients, underwriters and internal staff to obtain required information and documentation to support bond transactionsMaintaining and updating client records and bond files in the agency management systemRespond to client inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional mannerSupport Account Executives and Account Managers with administrative tasks, as neededQualifications:2+ years of customer service or administrative experience preferredStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracy in documentationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)Compensation: The base range for this role is $20.00$24.00 hourly. Actual compensation will be based on factors including location, skills, experience, and internal equity.
