Client Support Specialist

Job Summary:We are currently seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our growing team.The work of our Client Support Specialists contributes to the success of our organization and will allow you to make a meaningful impact. In this role you will provide support to our field adjusters and examiners.The optimal candidate will be a team player who excels in a fast-paced environment.This position allows the right candidate to expand their career and grow with a forward-thinking organization.This position will be located in Rutherford, New Jersey or Lake Mary, Florida,Responsibilities:Manage the collection of data, import reports, and review associated materials.Schedule inspection appointments for clients.Manage vendor assignments.Assist with client communications (contact and acknowledgment letters).Key Requirements:Insurance claims experiences is preferred.Prior customer service experience is a plus.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently or in a team setting.Excellent human relations and customer service skills.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills.Can-do attitude, no job is too small.About Raphael and AssociatesRaphael & Associates is a third-party claims administrator and independent claims adjusting company internationally recognized for exceptional service.
