Mechanical Engineer

Summary:The position focuses on troubleshooting equipment issues, improving reliability and performance, supporting preventive maintenance strategies, and leading or assisting with equipment upgrades, modifications, and ramp-related projects.The role also serves as a key technical resource, working closely with operations, maintenance, vendors, and project teams to improve equipment uptime and ensure safe, high-quality execution.Responsibilities:Troubleshoot equipment issues and support root cause investigation and corrective actionsDrive equipment reliability, performance, and maintainability improvementsLead or support equipment modifications, upgrades, and replacement projectsServe as a technical resource for assigned equipment systemsPartner with maintenance and operations to improve coordination, issue resolution, and equipment uptimeSupport execution of preventive and predictive maintenance activities/strategiesCoordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders during startup and ongoing equipment supportEnsure work is completed in alignment with safety, quality, and operational requirementsRequired Skills:Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or process equipmentStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical analysis skillsAbility to work effectively across operations, maintenance, engineering, and project teamsStrong communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentEducation: BS MinimumExperience: 3+ Years
