Supervise and direct subcontractors and employees. Read and interpret form shop drawings and blueprints. Communicate professionally with customers, employees, subcontractors, and vendors. Job QualificationsConcrete Construction Industry knowledge and experience. Experience in Post-Tension concrete is a plus. Experience in Block (CMU) construction is a plus. Leadership experience with subcontractors and in-house crews. Experience with elevations and layout. Familiarity with heavy equipment. Valid driver’s license. Live near or in Central Florida. Must be of high character.
