Join our team of passionate professionals and be part of a company that values integrity, collaboration, and excellence.What you will doPerform technical safety reviews of systems, processes, equipment, and operationsConduct hazard identification and risk assessments using structured methodologiesEvaluate safety impacts of system changes, modifications, and field conditionsDevelop and maintain hazard logs, risk matrices, and mitigation strategiesProvide technical advisory support on safety risks, system performance, and compliancePrepare safety reports, hazard analyses, and technical evaluationsAnalyze safety data and trends to identify emerging risks and improvement opportunitiesSupport audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance documentationParticipate in field reviews, site visits, and operational observationsCoordinate with safety, engineering, operations, and maintenance teamsWhat you bring5 plus years of experience in safety analysis, risk assessment, or technical safety rolesExperience in transit, transportation, infrastructure, or regulated environments preferredExperience conducting hazard analyses or safety assessmentsExperience preparing technical reports and documentationStrong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skillsWorking knowledge of safety management systems and risk mitigation practicesFamiliarity with OSHA, FTA, or similar regulatory frameworksNice to haveExperience with system safety methods such as hazard analysis or FMEAExperience supporting rail, bus, or multimodal transit systemsCertifications such as ASP, CSP, SMS, or engineering licensureExperience with safety-critical systems or infrastructureExperience building dashboards or data-driven reporting toolsBenefits15 days paid time off11 paid holidaysMedical, dental, and visionVoluntary short-term disability, life insurance, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, whole life plus, identity theft, and legal support401(k)Employee Assistance ProgramCompensation$40.87 - $55.29 Hourly, depending on experience, certifications, and qualificationsPEMCCO, Inc. is an equal-opportunity employer.
