Its Cath Lab features multiple procedure rooms, including a hybrid suite designed to support complex cardiovascular and electrophysiology procedures. The team works collaboratively across multiple specialties to provide safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Rad Tech to support physicians and clinical teams during complex cardiovascular and electrophysiology procedures. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory and strong knowledge of radiologic imaging, fluoroscopy, radiation safety, and interventional procedures. Key Responsibilities Assist physicians during complex interventional cardiovascular and electrophysiology procedures. Support procedures including stent placement, pacemaker insertion, structural heart procedures, and STEMI interventions. Operate and assist with fluoroscopic, ultrasound, and hybrid imaging equipment. Prepare, manage, and maintain procedural equipment, devices, contrast materials, and supplies. Follow established radiation safety procedures and maintain compliance with applicable standards. Support patient safety and quality-of-care initiatives throughout procedures. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, technologists, and other members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team. Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols. Assist with training and mentoring of team members when appropriate. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe procedural environment. Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab. Experience in Interventional Radiology, Cardiac Cath Lab, or Surgical Services. Graduate of an ARRT-approved Radiologic Technology program. Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA). Current California Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) certification. Current California Radiologic Technology Fluoroscopy Permit (CRTFP). Certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Preferred Skills Strong knowledge of cardiovascular and interventional procedures. Experience working with fluoroscopy and advanced imaging equipment. Knowledge of radiation safety practices. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment. Commitment to patient safety and high-quality care. Education Associate degree or equivalent education in Radiologic Technology. ARRT-approved Radiologic Technology education required. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $99,320 – $129,086 annually. Full-time position. Comprehensive benefits package.
