Office Admin/Receptionist
Job Summary
We are looking for a person who is multi-faceted, adaptable, quick learner, and hard-working. Someone who is open to wearing different hats as needed: front office/reception, scheduling, and an opportunity to assist on the Medical Assistant side. This is a full-time position to assist in filling in the gaps of our part-time team.

Duties
This is a job for three areas: front desk/reception, scheduling, and medical assistant and will require person to wear these different hats as needed:
1. Front desk admin and reception (Mondays, Wednesdays): check in and out patients, answer phone calls and direct calls appropriately, provide support to medical and office staff
2. Scheduler (Tuesdays, Thursdays and/or Fridays): schedule patients, return and follow up voicemails, communicate effectively with part-time scheduling staff, medical assistants, and practice manager
3. Medical Assistant (one day per week): assist in rooming patients, follow up on prescription refill and prior authorization requests, communicate effectively with Medical Assistant team
Must Be
Comfortable with technology and maneuverability on various platforms such as MS-Office, web-based phone system, EMR; short learning curve and willingness to learn.
