Sanitation Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Sanitation Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. You will implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. SUPERVISOR SHIFT | MONDAY-FRIDAY: 6AM-2:30PM | $27/HR MUST PASS A PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREEN Responsibilities · Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of services. · Work alongside employees to model example of performance expectations · Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance · Organize and maintain inventory and storage area · Overall responsibility for all aspects of the effective supervision, training and development and health, safety and welfare of your team · Determine staffing levels and assign workload · Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices · Completes and documents the daily cleaning schedule as described in the Master Schedule Requirements · Proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor · Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques · Knowledge of warehouse health and safety procedures · Hands-on commitment to getting the job done · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations · Strong organizational and time management skills · Must have flexible hours · Must be bilingual (English & Spanish) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Overtime Ability to Relocate: Windsor, CT 06095: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
