Client Care/Project Management SupportRainbow Restoration of Cinti/NKY is a full service property restoration company serving Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky residential, business and commercial property owners. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill a Client Care/Project Management Support position. This is a key support position on our team of professionals dedicated to providing the highest level of care to our customers. The successful candidate is highly motivated, has a high attention to detail, is a self-starter, has excellent time management skills, is a problem solver, projects a professional image both in person and over the phone, can successfully multi-task, works cooperatively and enthusiastically with others while balancing a variety of job responsibilities.Basic Responsibilities:Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous mannerData Entry for all new and ongoing jobs; maintains/audits all related documentsScheduling of services; interacting with customersAssist Project Managers securing jobs and thru all stages of job implementation thru to completionAssist Accounts Receivable as neededProcesses credit card paymentsMaintains profile screening qualification site requirements including background checksAssists with HR dutiesSecure needed documents for jobs and upload into job processing systemJob Requirements:Friendly, helpful personality and attitude with customer service focusComputer literate with proficiency in the use of Microsoft OfficeA willingness to learn other software programs key to our business.Strong written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong data entry skillsTeam player who can work both independently and cooperativelyBenefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Paid Holidays, 401K, Vacation Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
