Project Manager

In this role, you will manage cross‑functional initiatives including software development, platform integrations, and data workflows for healthcare clients. The starting annual salary for this position is $136,421.77. Experience in Agile delivery and healthcare IT (EHRs, compliance, population health) is highly valued.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES· Manage multiple concurrent technology projects from initiation to close, ensuring on‑time, on‑scope, and on‑budget delivery.· Work with product owners and technical leads to translate business requirements into user stories, epics, and sprint plans.· Maintain project roadmaps, release schedules, and RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).· Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove impediments for development teams.· Ensure all projects follow healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA, data security protocols).· Coordinate system integration efforts with EHR vendors, APIs, and data exchange platforms.· Prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and client stakeholders.· Manage vendor relationships and contract deliverables as needed.· Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and implement best practices.· Support change management and user adoption for new technology solutions.QUALIFICATIONSRequired:· Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field.· 3–5 years of project management experience in technology or healthcare IT.· Hands‑on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).· Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.· Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Preferred:· PMP, CAPM, CSM, or SAFe certification.· Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, EMR/EHR integrations).· Knowledge of population health platforms, value‑based care models, or ACOs.· Familiarity with regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, HITRUST).· Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and data analytics projects.Additional Details· This position is fully remote (work from anywhere in the US).· Starting annual salary: $136,421.77 (commensurate with experience).· Visa sponsorship is available for eligible applicants.Endava Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
