The QA Manager / Program QA Lead is responsible for the overall QA function across the program, providing leadership, coordination, and governance for all testing activities. This role focuses on strategy, orchestration, and stakeholder communication rather than hands-on execution alone.Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens ONLY due to legal or government contract requirements.Key Responsibilities:Own and oversee the overall QA strategy and processes for the programOrchestrate testing efforts across multiple QA resources and user groupsProvide direction and support to QA leads and testersAct as the primary QA point of contact for external vendorsCommunicate testing progress, defect trends, and risks to leadershipFacilitate daily stand-ups and QA planning sessionsEstablish and optimize QA processes and toolsSupport Go-Live readiness, sign-off coordination, and defect triageRequired Skills & Experience:Senior-level experience as a QA Manager or Program QA LeadProven ability to establish QA processes from the ground upExperience managing QA for large system implementations or migrationsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience coordinating across internal teams and external vendorsPreferred Experience:Experience with government or public sector system modernizationFamiliarity with offender or case management systemsExperience leading QA teams using Azure DevOps
