Customer Relations Manager (OEM Programs)

The Customer Relations Manager leads OEM customer programs from early development through launch and production. This role blends project management and account management, serving as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams to ensure successful execution of timelines, deliverables, and commercial objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Program Management• Lead OEM projects through full lifecycle: development, quoting, design, approval, launch, and production• Own timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables across long-cycle opportunities• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines and project goals are metAccount Management• Serve as the main contact for assigned OEM customers• Build strong relationships through responsiveness and consistent communication• Drive customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growthCommercial & Quoting Support• Support quote creation, pricing coordination, and opportunity progression• Partner with sales, procurement, and engineering to align execution with business goals• Manage changes, updates, and follow-ups throughout the sales cycleCross-Functional Collaboration• Work closely with sales, engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality teams• Facilitate communication and resolve issues across internal and external stakeholders• Provide regular updates to leadership on project status and pipeline activityWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
