The role will also assist with marketing, CRM management, prospect research, email outreach, trade show follow-up, and other administrative tasks supporting our sales and business development efforts.ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers nationwideIdentify and qualify potential customers and decision-makersSet qualified appointments for the business development teamFollow up consistently with prospects by phone and emailResearch companies, markets, and potential contactsMaintain accurate prospect and activity information in the CRMAssist with email campaigns and marketing outreachSupport trade show, conference, and event follow-upHelp maintain prospect lists, marketing materials, and sales informationAssist with administrative tasks related to sales and business developmentLearn Tate Con's services and customers to become increasingly involved in the sales processWork toward developing prospect relationships and eventually managing accountsQualifications2+ years of experience preferred in inside sales, appointment setting, business development, technology sales, or a similar roleStrong phone presence and comfortable making outbound callsExperience prospecting and communicating with business customersComfortable learning and discussing technical services and solutionsStrong written and verbal communication skillsOrganized and consistent with follow-upComfortable using CRM systems and sales technologyAble to research companies and identify appropriate decision-makersSelf-motivated and comfortable working toward measurable goalsInterested in developing a long-term career in sales and account managementCompensation & IncentivesBase Pay: $24.50 per hourSchedule: Full-TimeEarning Potential: $60,000+ annually with performance-based commissionsIn addition to hourly pay, this position will be eligible for performance-based commissions and incentives tied to measurable sales and business development results, including:Qualified appointments scheduled and completedAppointment qualityNew sales opportunities generatedSales resulting from the employee's prospecting effortsAchievement of monthly and quarterly sales activity goalsThe commission structure is designed to reward quality and results—not simply call or appointment volume.A strong performer can earn $60,000+ annually, with additional earning potential as the position develops into greater sales and account management responsibility.Growth OpportunityWe are looking for someone who wants more than an appointment-setting position.Initially, the role will focus heavily on outbound prospecting, appointment setting, CRM management, and supporting sales and marketing activities.
