Our direct client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the design and implementation of patient access workflows and technologies for a new healthcare facility. This role will focus on defining processes and supporting the rollout of new digital and operational solutions.Key Accountabilities:Project manage the end-to-end planning and execution of patient access project initiativesDefine and document workflows across:SchedulingPre-authorizationRegistrationDigital arrival, wayfinding, and paymentsPartner with clinical and operational stakeholders to translate concepts into actionable processesIdentify technology, infrastructure, and system requirementsDrive requirements gathering, process mapping, design, and implementation activitiesDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverablesRequired Skills:7–10+ years of project management experience in Healthcare ITBachelor's degreeStrong knowledge of patient access workflowsExperience with EMR scheduling and registration systemsProven experience in process design, process engineering, and workflow mappingAbility to work in ambiguous, early-stage project environmentsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with digital patient engagement toolsExperience supporting new facility openings or expansions
