Supply PlannerWe are looking for a Supply Planner to join our team. As a Supply Planner with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials, you will be accountable for executing the vision and goals based upon the monthly S&OP through the daily planning of inventory to optimize costs while meeting company and customer commitments.Why apply?Competitive wages.Company provided benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Company paid life and disability benefits, paid vacation, and 401K.About the RoleResponsibilities:Champion a safety-first culture by adhering to all company, local, state, and federal regulations.Collaborate cross-functionally with production, logistics, sales, finance, supply chain, quality, procurement, and distribution teams.Balance supply and demand to maximize product availability while minimizing costs and margin exposure.Partner with production to optimize schedules and meet customer demand.Manage inventory levels, including stocking strategies, daily/weekly reporting, and monthly reconciliations.Plan and coordinate daily shipments between plants, terminals, and customers.Monitor market conditions, anticipate supply/demand changes, and implement contingency plans with financial considerations.Participate in S&OP processes and track key performance metrics (e.g., Days of Supply, stockouts, shipments, expediting costs).Provide cost-of-supply analysis, performance reporting, and timely feedback on service or customer issues.Develop SOPs and lead continuous improvement initiatives, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.Support ongoing strategic and tactical supply chain planning.Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.About YouWe Require:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.3+ years of supply chain planning experience, preferably in manufacturing.Self-motivated, high-energy professional with strong initiative and commitment to continuous improvement.Advanced analytical, organizational, planning, problem-solving, and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate clearly, tactfully, and effectively across all organizational levels and with external partners.Proficient in JDE, Power BI, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
