This role requires deep knowledge of NYC housing regulations, compliance filings, Yardi and Onsite leasing software, and internal renovation/IAI documentation processes. Supportive and dynamic work environment.Job Details 3–5+ years of residential leasing experience in NYC, preferably with rent-stabilized housing. Strong knowledge of NYC rent regulations, DHCR filings, IAI processes, and 421-a requirements. Proficiency in Yardi, Onsite, and other leasing/PM software. Excellent communication, organization, and multi-tasking abilities. Experience supervising staff or coordinating third-party vendors. Ability to interpret housing regulations and maintain meticulous documentation.Preferred Skills Experience with compliance audits or DHCR/RPIE submissions. Knowledge of property marketing strategies and competitive market analysis.
