Job Title: Hydraulic Cylinder Repair Technician Location: West Chester, OH 45246 Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Job Overview We are hiring a Hydraulic Cylinder Repair Technician to perform hands‐on repair, rebuilding, and testing of hydraulic cylinders in a shop environment. This role requires strong mechanical repair skills, the ability to read blueprints, and experience using precision measuring and quality inspection tools. The ideal candidate has a background in industrial maintenance, heavy equipment repair, or hydraulic/fluid power systems and is comfortable working to tight tolerances in a production‐focused repair setting. Key Responsibilities Repair, rebuild, and test hydraulic cylinders and mechanical components Disassemble units, inspect for wear/damage, and replace seals, rods, and internal parts Use precision measuring tools to verify parts and ensure proper tolerances Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Perform quality checks to ensure repaired cylinders meet performance standards Maintain accurate workmanship and follow repair procedures Support general shop duties as needed Required Qualifications 3+ years of mechanical repair experience (hydraulic, industrial, or heavy equipment preferred) Experience performing hands‐on mechanical disassembly, repair, and reassembly work Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical schematics Experience using hand tools and quality/inspection measuring tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with hydraulic cylinder repair or rebuilds Background in industrial maintenance, mobile equipment service, or fluid power systems Familiarity with seals, hydraulic components, and troubleshooting mechanical systems Work Environment & Location Details On‐site shop position in West Chester, OH (45246) Standard weekday schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) Hands‐on mechanical repair environment with consistent workflow Ideal commute range: West Chester, Mason, Liberty Township, Fairfield, Sharonville, Monroe, and nearby northern Cincinnati suburbs (approx. 30–45 minutes travel time) Note for Applicants This is a fully on‐site technical repair role requiring daily attendance.
