What we're looking for in the ideal candidate:Individuals who are authentic, motivated, and hard-working. Has an outgoing and positive attitude with a customer focused mindset; making work fun for co-workers and customers. Has the availability to work various shifts between 6am and 5pm with rotating weekends. Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to occasionally lift 40lbs Job Duties Include:taking customer orders with our point-of-sale system making food and smoothies according to brand standards prepping food including accurate measuring and weighing maintain a clean and sanitary work environment stocking and clean-up Salary:Starting $15.00 per hour plus hourly tips (Averaging $2.10 per hour extra and increasing!!) Increased Pay with experience and availability. There are plenty of areas for promotion as we continue to grow and expand in the community.
