Service Manager

We are looking for Service advisors in the automotive industry that are looking to grow. We have immediate openings for service writers at several locations through-out the the Prince George's county area. The individuals we seek must be career goal minded and looking to move up from the entry-level position within the next year's time. We need people that are self-motivated and are looking to excel with-in the Automotive Management Field. Customer service skills are a must and they must possess the ability to multitask at a very high-level. Car knowledge is not required but preferred. A documented history of customer service and sales of any kind is a must also. Duties: - Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues - Recommend appropriate services and repairs based on customer needs - Provide estimates for services and repairs - Schedule appointments and manage the service schedule - Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs - Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles - Process payments and handle cash transactions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle repairs Requirements: - Strong selling ability - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Proficient in computer systems and software applications - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
