Under a new CEO, *** is committed to a transformative journey with 'Scale @ Speed' as our guiding principle.Job Summary:The Sr. Business Solutions Consultant engages and aligns our customers with iBase-t Solumina software and industry best practices.Conducts workshops to demonstrate Solumina software functionality and facilitates business process mapping to standard User Stories exercises. Works with the customer Product Owner to create User Stories and Acceptance Criteria for new functionality and develops and executes functional testing of the software. Uses troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address customer challenges and opportunities. Documents customer enhancement requests, system bugs, and internal service tickets. Mentor new employees as requested.Coach other team members on the use of iBase-t's implementation methodology.Essential Functions:Facilitate customer alignment to Solumina software functionalities and industry best practices.Lead Business Blueprinting and User Story Workshop including theAs IsandTo Beprocesses using iBase-t's Agile / Solumina Implementation Methodology (SIM).Align standard functionality User Stories to the Customer's Processes.Identify and create new User Stories and Acceptance Criteria to support unique customer requirements.Assist customers with iBase-t software deployment and system set-up.Develop and execute detailed test cases to validate the deployed solution.Support customer User Acceptance TestingCreate complete customer project documentation.Lead, direct, and mentor project activities of other team membersContribute to the validation of upcoming Product software releases.Work with Product Team on Solumina enhancements based on customer project lessons learned.Drive Product innovation based on project lessons learned.Contribute to the company's continuous improvement initiatives.Champion the use of AI both internally with iBase-t, and externally with customers; coach others on the use of AI.Requirements:Passion for working with customers in a fast-paced environment.Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate complex business requirements and deliver effective solutions.Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skillsSkilled at requirements elicitation and feedbackEffective Leadership and influencing skills to guide stakeholders and build consensus to shared goals.Growth mindset with industry familiarity in complex manufacturing processes and a desire to keep up with the latest trends.Self-starter with proficient time management skills and the ability to work remotely or at customer sites.Extensive knowledge of software development lifecycle, database concepts, and integration designPractitioner of the Agile Frameworks Scrum and KanbanUnderstanding of multiple AI engines and their use / purposeDeep understanding of process mapping, modeling, and visualization toolstechniquesTravel 30-40% of work timeAbility to travel internationally as neededRequired Education/Experience:Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or engineering, business information systems, computing and information technologies, industrial/systems engineering5 - 8 years industry experienceAI tools may assist in the recruitment process; however, all hiring decisions are made by the recruitment team based on a comprehensive evaluation of candidates.*** is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
