Role Description The Social Media Marketing and Development Assistant is a part-time, on-site role based in New Orleans, LA. The role involves managing social media platforms, creating and scheduling content, analyzing performance metrics, and interacting with the community to increase engagement. Additional responsibilities include supporting administrative tasks, conducting research to enhance outreach efforts, and assisting with project management to ensure the successful execution of events and campaigns. The position requires dynamic communication and organizational skills to help strengthen the organization's online presence and community impact. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills for monitoring performance metrics and developing insights for optimizing engagementExcellent Communication skills for social media interactions, campaign development, and community outreachExperience in Administrative Assistance, including scheduling and managing documentationProficiency in conducting Research to support social media strategies and development initiativesProject Management skills to assist in organizing and executing campaigns and eventsProficiency with social media platforms, content creation tools, and related technologiesKeen attention to detail and the ability to work independentlyPassion for youth development and familiarity with golf or sports organizations is a plus
