Excellent Staffing Ratio: 1:5 **Part Time | Evenings (3-11 pm) and Nights (11 pm-7 am)Pay: $15/hr to $16.80/hr (Based on experience)PLUS shift differentials: +$.75/hr evenings, +$.50/hr nights, +$1/hr weekends)What You'll Do As a HomemakerAssist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and dining) Provide compassionate care and support for individuals with dementia Prepare and serve meals following food safety guidelines Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a clean home environment Support residents with transportation, errands, and daily routines Communicate resident needs and changes with the care team Follow safety procedures and assist with basic care tasks under supervisionRequirements For a HomemakerTraining in geriatrics (nursing, social work, rehabilitation or therapeutic recreation) or sufficient related prior work experience is preferred but not required.Onsite presence required.Why Join Brethren Care Village?At Brethren Care Village, you're more than an employee-you're part of a mission-driven team dedicated to compassionate, individualized care.
