Remote state Medicaid (RAMP) redesign Business Analyst

For one of our ongoing Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) modernization project we are looking for an Agile Medicaid Program (RAMP) consultant to act as Business Analyst and provide strategic experienced based consultative suggestion to the team and stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications: Five (5) years' experience providing consultation and guidance to a State Medicaid program Three (3) years' experience supporting the creation of a strategy for modernizing systems and technology. Product and Agile Methodology Strategy planning and consultation Facilitation and interviewing Ability to work across organizations to gather requirements Demonstrable leadership ability: especially to build consensus around solutions Ability to establish program/project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and tracking such milestones and deliverables Extensive experience with industry standards for Medicaid HIT, such as for data interoperability
