Only candidates authorized to work in the US without sponsorship should apply.Requirements5+ years of experience in solutions architecture or infrastructure, including blade chassis, servers, hypervisors, storage, storage fabrics, and backup solutions5+ years of enterprise experience with VMware and related productsStrong understanding of virtualization and software-defined data center technologiesCertification in VCIX, VCAP, VCP, VCDX, CCIE, or VMCEExperience with automation and IaC tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or SaltStackConsultative approach with extensive stakeholder engagement, including executivesResponsibilitiesDesign and implement VMware solutions, including VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), VMware Aria, and vSANLead architecture analysis, system migrations, and engineering effortsDevelop automation solutions using Ansible, Terraform, or SaltStackProficiency in PowerShell, PowerCLI, and JavaScript for scripting and automationOversee configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting within customer environmentsServe as a technical lead and subject matter expert, guiding project teams and mentoring other engineersStay current on industry trends and emerging technologiesNextpath Workforce SolutionsNextPath is a strategic talent partner connecting skilled professionals with organizations driving innovation and growth.
