Talent Acquisition CoordinatorTroon is seeking an onsite Talent Acquisition Coordinator to provide administrative support for the company's hiring and onboarding processes. This role will focus on coordinating and executing essential administrative tasks within the talent acquisition function. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to support a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position will be based in Scottsdale, AZ.
Essential Duties:
Assist with job postings across internal and external job boards.
Prepare and distribute offer letters and other hiring-related documentation.
Coordinate and initiate pre-employment background checks and drug testing.
Maintain accurate and organized records of new hires and recruiting activities.
Manage the recruitment inbox and ticketing system, responding to inquiries and requests.
Generate reports reflecting current recruiting and staffing metrics.
Support the onboarding process by ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and properly recorded.
Provide administrative support for recruitment events and job fairs.
Perform other administrative duties as required.
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Education & Experience:
Up to 2 years of experience in an administrative or HR-related role preferred.
High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field preferred.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools is a plus but not required.
Physical Demands:
Work is performed in a typical office environment, primarily sitting with occasional standing and walking.
Routine use of a computer and general office equipment is required.
