Reporting and Data Analyst - Remote

About the Opportunity:The Reporting and Data Analyst will play a key role in the business analysis team by developing and maintaining operational reports and data visualizations that inform strategic decision-making. This position supports both short and long-term business activities through analytics and engages with leadership across the organization to provide actionable insights. The role is fully remote within the U.S. and contributes directly to advancing health outcomes through data-driven solutions.3. Responsibilities:• Develop and maintain production and ad-hoc operational reports• Collaborate with business units to support changes and enhancements• Present analysis for operational, product, and customer planning• Support operational and strategic business activities through analytics• Consult with leadership at all levels• Establish data verification and quality methods for business intelligence platforms• Automate and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards using tools such as Power BI### 4. Requirements:• 2+ years experience with relational databases and database structures (e.g., SQL, Oracle, Teradata)• 2+ years report development experience using business intelligence/visualization software (preferably Power BI)• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)• Strong oral and written communication skills• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesPreferred:• Experience with healthcare data modeling, database configuration, and reference data management• Familiarity with cloud databases such as Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Azure Synapse• Experience with DAX calculations• Knowledge of Agile project management and CA Rally tools• Experience with data manipulation software such as Alteryx• Skilled in SQL/formula programming and query optimization• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and challenging environment5.
